Packer
Our long-standing client in Louisville, KY is currently seeking 1st and 2nd shift Packers to join their fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting the production line by working closely with Machine Operators to ensure quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up cartons and prepare them for packing finished products
- Inspect, count, and verify product quality before packing
- Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Perform basic quality control tasks such as measuring, weighing, and checking appearance
- Support job changeovers and prepare products for shipping and inventory
- Participate in daily clean, inspect, and lubrication (CIL) routines
- Maintain tool organization and a clean, orderly work environment
- Follow all standardized work procedures and documentation, including: Support Machine Operators and perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
Job Details
- Shift time and days: 6:45am - 3:15pm, M-F 2:45pm - 11:15pm, M-F
- Pay: $15.50-$16.50
- This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with benefits available upon conversion
