What You'll Be Doing As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you'll represent our client campaigns through face-to-face customer interactions across a variety of promotional environments. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Representing nationally recognised brands with confidence and enthusiasm. Introducing customers to products, services, and current promotional campaigns. Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions. Building positive customer relationships that encourage long-term brand loyalty. Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives. Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team objectives. Maintaining excellent product knowledge through ongoing training. Accurately completing customer registrations and campaign documentation. Contributing ideas that enhance customer experiences and campaign performance.
