Location: Englewood, CO 80111

Pay Range: 40-45/hr on w2
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Lead with expertise in Telecom and CPE Management. This role requires a professional with a strong background in network engineering development, specifically within the cable industry. The successful candidate will work onsite from day one and contribute to our innovative projects in Englewood, CO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Network Engineering development experience
• Hands-on experience in DOCSIS, CPE, WiFi, Ruckus SmartZone Cambium cnMaestro, BNG/BRAS testing, Cisco IOS-XE, and Ruckus FastIron switch testing
• Strong expertise in high-speed data networks, including DOCSIS, CPE, and WiFi configuration
• Working knowledge and troubleshooting experience with RF networks and cable modem devices
• Prior work experience in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge in Telecom, Cable Technologies, and products
• Hands-on work experience in a lab or cable system environment
• Knowledge of generic Engineering and QA processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead network engineering projects and ensure successful implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner
