Union Station Homeless Services

Union-Station-Homeless-Services is seeking an Outreach Specialist in Irwindale, CA. The role involves conducting outreach, housing navigation, and linking clients to supportive services to move them into permanent housing. You will collect documents, provide crisis intervention, and connect clients to resources such as mental health, medical care, and employment.
