Practice Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation | Orthopedic | Sports & Injury Recovery We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Fayetteville, GA . This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on clinician who enjoys working directly with patients and collaborating with Physical Therapists in a patient‑focused environment. The clinic treats patients with orthopedic conditions, post‑operative needs, sports injuries, personal injuries, mobility limitations, and general pain‑related conditions . What You’ll Do Provide patient treatment according to the Physical Therapist's established plan of care. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, strengthening, mobility, balance, and functional activities. Provide hands‑on/manual therapy within the PTA scope of practice. Work with orthopedic, post‑operative, sports injury, personal injury, and general rehabilitation patients. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising PT. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Collaborate closely with PTs and other members of the clinical team. Contribute to a positive patient experience and efficient clinic workflow. What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program . Active Georgia PTA license or ability to obtain one. Strong hands‑on patient care skills. Outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation experience preferred. Experience with post‑operative or sports rehabilitation is a plus. Manual therapy experience highly desirable. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable working in a growing, patient‑focused clinical environment.
