Looking for a fun, fast-paced summer opportunity with strong earning potential? We are seeking motivated individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations to operate seasonal retail tents during the busy Fourth of July fireworks season.

Season runs from June15-July 8

Tent Operators are responsible for running day-to-day operations of a retail tent location, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. No prior fireworks experience is necessary — training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate a seasonal retail tent during the fireworks season
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Keep inventory organized and stocked
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the tent
• Open and close the location daily
• Follow all company guidelines and state/local regulations
• Communicate regularly with management regarding inventory and operational needs

Requirements

• Must be dependable and professional
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in summer weather
• Ability to work long hours during peak sales days
• Must have reliable transportation
• Credit check required 

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn approximately 20% commission on sales
• Typical earnings range from $3,000–$6,000+++ for the season
• No upfront inventory costs
• Unsold product is returned — no product risk
• Flexible staffing with family, friends, or group members
• High sales potential during America’s 250th Anniversary celebration season

Season Details

• Main selling season typically runs the last week of June through July 4th
• Operators should expect approximately 10–12 hour workdays during peak days
