This position runs on rotating 12 hour shifts so you get EXTRA DAYS OFF! RESPONSIBILITIES - can be moved from department to department! 

• Loading product into machine and ensuring machine is running properly  

• Performing a simple inspection of product 

• Label and package product into box and palletize   

• Perform precleaning procedures to raw product 

• Unload boxes and product from transferring carriers

REQUIREMENTS/KNOWLEDGE/TRAINING:

41% markup

4pm-4am. 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on. Following Week: 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off. BUT!! ALWAYS REFER TO ANN'S EMAIL

Length:  TTH for Sartori is 480 hours – orders given to us will specify if TTH or not.

Dress Code:   Steel toed shoes required (must be somewhat clean) and will need to be carried in on first day to be sanitized.  Temperature varies from plant to plant – ask where they will be working before giving out information.  Refer to FULL GMP’s Required: will need to wear hairnets and beard nets.

Reason:

Present:  Need to go through the prequalifying steps : 

1 . ask Ann if person is eligible to be hired first by sending name and email address to TAM: Ann.  She will say if we should proceed or if denied.  

2. IF JOB IS TTH ; send resume and phone screen (see attachments) to Ann for approval. If that passes, then start DT and BC, and read Full GMP’s and sign off                sheet.   IF JOB IS TEMP ONLY ; proceed with DT and BC below, and read Full GMP’s and sign off sheet (attachments).

3.   ONCE CLEARED: Reply back to Ann Borgardt, Zach Kirchner and specific Shift Supervisor (refer to Ann’s list of open orders for shift supervisor) THE DATE          THAT THE EMPLOYEE PICKS AS A START DATE.  Do NOT ask Sartori for a start date. They will then reply confirmation that the start date and time will              work.  3rd shift starts only Monday nights – not Sunday.

OS : they use QPS and us – have used Adecco for sanitation and Aerotek for higher level.

BC: Run 7 year BC unless the person is guaranteed to not have EVER lived outside of WI, then CCAP and run anything funky past Paige via PHONE!

DT:  5 panel DT URINALYSIS - DO NOT CARE ABOUT THC!! NO CHARGE

Timekeeping: they will set the person up with their timekeeping system - sometimes first day need to track on paper if fob isn't set up yet.

Sartori Whey Building  converting plant – 4200 Cty Road PP, Plymouth

Willow Road building - 976 Willow Road - Glacier Transit Systems (GTS Building)

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA REQUIREMENTS:

TTH JOB: verbally confirm HS Diploma during prescreen

TEMP JOB: No HS Dip required 

**INFORM THEM THEY WILL NEED HS DIPLOMA TO BE HIRED**

Here is the temp and temp to hire process July 2025:

1. All talent names run by me first. If TA POC approves, please move forward to the next step.
2. Conduct Sartori phone interview using the template. Emphasis attendance, commitment to the shift/schedule, team player, safety, quality, physical requirements, and work environment; which there are questions outlined in the template to support this request.
3. When the phone interview is successful, share phone screen notes and resume with TA POC. If TA POC approves, please move on to the next step.
4. Process 4 panel urine drug test and 7 year nationwide criminal background check. This is to be completed successfully prior to placement. Once completed successfully, please proceed to the next steps.
5. Complete quality and safety/GMP overview with talent.
6. Once all the above steps are completed successfully, present the talent’s full name to Sartori supervisor to confirm the start date along with the confirmed schedule that the talent is committed to work. Please include the phone interview notes and resume at the time of placement. This will help the supervisors know ahead of time of their experience and help in gaining agency temp engagement right away. If the talent is only open to temp work and not temp to hire, please note this in the phone interview template and upon placement.
7. Do not have anyone start their agency assignment until you have confirmation from the supervisor first.
8. Please include TA POC in all emails until after placement.
9. Once placed, you would then directly work with the supervisors on schedule changes, time off needs, performance feedback, ending of an assignment, etc.
10. Once the talent is placed, please conduct an initial call to see how the talent is doing on their first day.
11. Please keep in touch with the leaders and agency temps on a regular basis to ensure alignment while helping to improve retention and engagement.
12. If you identify any concerns or have questions, please contact the Sartori supervisor in a timely manner.
13. The Sartori supervisors will be asked to share a scorecard with you every couple of weeks highlighting how the agency temp is performing as it relates to Sartori’s Values in Action. 
14. Once an agency temp is ready to convert to a full-time team member at Sartori, please contact me to support all parties through the process. TA prefers your agency to help track the hours to help convert talent in a timely manner while confirming the talent is interested in doing so. (this does not apply to traveling temps as they would not convert to an FTE at Sartori).
