Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Fort Worth, Texas
Job Summary:
At Hidden Light ABA, we are committed to unlocking the power of ABA therapy for children, and we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disabilities. About the Role:
As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will work closely with our dynamic team to provide ABA therapy services to children in their natural environments, including home, school, and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:
• Implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills
• Collecting and recording data to measure treatment effectiveness
• Collaborating with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and refine treatment plans
• Providing support and guidance to parents and caregivers on ABA therapy techniques and strategies
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Speech Therapy)
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within [insert timeframe]
