Sr. Manager - SI&OP/E

Lead the Future of Supply Chain Planning SAF-HOLLAND, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of commercial vehicle systems and components, is seeking a Sr. Manager- SI&OP/E (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning / Execution) to lead the transformation of our enterprise planning capabilities across North America. This is a highly visible leadership role that will drive the evolution of our organization from traditional planning processes to an integrated, data-driven SIOP/E and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) model. Reporting to the Director- Supply Chain (Americas), this leader will partner closely with Operations, Finance, IT, Sourcing, Product Management, and Commercial teams to optimize inventory, improve forecasting accuracy, align operational plans with business objectives, and support our strategic ERP transformation from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA. What You'll Do Develop and implement a best-in-class SIOP/E framework across multiple business units and manufacturing locations. Drive the organization from reactive planning to proactive, forward-looking decision making. Establish governance, standards, and processes for demand, supply, and inventory planning. Build the foundation for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across the enterprise. Drive Supply Chain Performance Improve forecast accuracy and planning discipline through structured cross-functional processes. Optimize inventory deployment, working capital, capacity utilization, and service levels. Develop inventory segmentation and replenishment strategies across a complex manufacturing network. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while improving responsiveness to changing market conditions. Build and Lead High-Performing Teams Lead and develop a centralized SIOP organization. Provide functional leadership to plant-based planning and inventory teams. Create accountability, capability development, and continuous improvement within the planning organization. Foster a culture focused on collaboration, execution excellence, and results. Advance Digital and ERP Initiatives Partner with IT and business leaders to align planning processes with SAF-HOLLAND's SAP S/4HANA implementation. Develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and analytics that drive business decisions. Strengthen data governance and planning system effectiveness. Partner with Executive Leadership Lead the monthly executive SIOP process and business reviews. Provide visibility to risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans. Ensure operational plans support both strategic business goals and financial objectives. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or planning within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience leading and implementing SIOP/S&OP processes. Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site planning organizations. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with ERP systems, including SAP. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related discipline. Experience in commercial vehicle, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or other complex manufacturing environments. APICS CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certifications.
