Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Utica, MI. The specialist will manage daily sales activities, including identifying prospects, conducting outreach, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities. Responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with promotions, and helping to develop materials that strengthen brand visibility. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience. The specialist will also participate in sales reporting, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to training initiatives that enhance overall sales performance. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and address inquiries professionally. Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard team members and support continuous improvement in sales and service practices. Candidates should have proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, along with solid organizational and time-management abilities. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
