This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and routing calls efficiently, ensuring a positive and professional brand experience. While this is a non-technical position, the Associate will interact closely with internal teams to facilitate swift resolutions, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and excellent organizational abilities. This role requires someone comfortable managing a diverse range of customer interactions during standard U.S. business hours, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone.
