HVAC Sales / Service Technician Location: Columbus, IN 47201 Salary: $37,500 to $120,000 yearly Job type: Full‑time We are seeking an experienced HVAC sales/ service technician who is goal‑oriented and self‑motivated. The successful candidate will provide installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, build strong customer relationships, and exceed company expectations. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial heating, cooling, and plumbing systems. Provide on‑the‑job training to customers, explaining technical information in layman’s terms. Build and maintain strong, courteous relationships with customers. Communicate service status and recommendations to customers and management. Qualifications Experience as an HVAC service technician. Sales skillset. Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
