Overview Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Neuro ICU Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time Location: 801 S. Washington Street, Naperville, IL 60540 Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Neuro ICU. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity intensive care environment while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcome. Schedule Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Employment Type: Full-Time Holiday Requirement: Rotating holidays On-Call Requirement: Yes Compensation Base Pay Range: $34.68 – $55.80 per hour Evening Differential: $3.00/hour Night Differential: $4.50/hour Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Greater than 5 years of critical care nursing experience High-acuity ICU experience required Experience in Cardiac Vascular ICU (CVICU) and/or Neuro ICU preferred as specified by the facility requirements Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac Neuro ICU Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards Benefits Benefits are available through the employer.
