Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a school-based support role is highly valued
• Familiarity with individualized instruction and supporting students of varied abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different classroom dynamics and contribute to a positive learning environment
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism within a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with an assigned student, delivering one-on-one support as outlined in educational plans
• Assist classroom teachers in adapting and modifying materials to support student learning
• Foster student independence through encouragement and targeted assistance
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other school personnel to track progress
• Support daily classroom routines while ensuring student safety and engagement
