Oncology Clinical Research RN Sr.- Flower Mound

Overview Texas Oncology is looking for a Clinical Research Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Flower Mound and Lewisville Castle Hill locations. Full‑time Monday‑Friday 8:30am‑5pm position with no weekends, call, or major holidays. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Short‑term and Long‑term disability coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) program 401(k) plan with company match Wellness program with rewards for a healthy lifestyle Tuition reimbursement Employee Assistance program and retailer discounts Potential eligibility for Long‑Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) for top talent Responsibilities Work closely with physicians to identify and screen potential patients for clinical trial participation Present trial concepts and details to oncology patients while conducting the informed consent process Assess patients for adverse events and/or changes in condition Provide staff and patient education regarding the management and administration of investigational product Ensure accurate and timely documentation and data entry to meet trial requirements Serve as a liaison between clinic departments to ensure proper trial conduct Qualifications Level 1 Graduate from an accredited nursing education program (BSN preferred) Current RN license in state of practice Current BLCS or ACLS certification required Minimum 1 year of RN experience required OCN certification strongly preferred CCRC or CCRP certification preferred Oncology or Research experience preferred Level 2 Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required, preferably in oncology Level Sr Minimum 7 years of nursing experience required, preferably in oncology Working Conditions The work environment includes potential exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, and medical preparations common to an oncology/hematology clinic.
