As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol Driver in Pace, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to site needs, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs of deliveries, patrols, and unusual occurrences. Communicate observed hazards, equipment concerns, and security-related incidents to site management and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with reporting procedures. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Active EMT Certification A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
