Graff Auto Campus | Used Car ManagerLead the Pre-Owned Operation, and Develop the People Behind It

We're looking for a Used Car Manager who can source smart, turn inventory fast, and coach the team around them. You'll run pre-owned acquisition, reconditioning, and merchandising across our Ford and Toyota stores, with the tools and support to do it well.

Competitive compensation of $100,000 to $160,000 per year, paid bi-weekly

Oversee reconditioning with the Reconditioning Manager at the Ford and Toyota stores
Coordinate vehicle transport through our broker-style transport system
Manage wholesale website listings and vehicles entering the wholesale market
Conduct appraisals and support used car sales management
Own lot merchandising, vehicle identification, and certified pre-owned units
Coach and mentor sales consultants on pre-owned product, appraisals, and value

What You Bring

Proven experience in used car management, inventory acquisition, and appraisal
Strong organization for managing large inventories
