Your main focus will be on managing staff, maintaining company standards, and creating an extraordinary and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the details of several server sections, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Uphold company standards and ensure that all aspects of guest experience are positive, seamless, and memorable.Fill in any gaps in service with precision and attention to detail, addressing guest needs promptly.Provide nightly floor service, administrative duties, and operational oversight specifically related to wine service and education.Demonstrate expertise in coursed service, fine dining etiquette, problem-solving, and staff management.Work well under pressure while effectively managing staff expectations.Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining.Solid work history demonstrating expertise in wine service and education.Strong communication and leadership skills.Positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude towards guests and team members.Ability to uphold the vision, policies, procedures, and standards of El Gaucho Bellevue.**Please note that a background check will be conducted for the top candidate prior to extending a job offer.If you are an accomplished professional with a passion for hospitality and a deep knowledge and appreciation for Hospitality, we invite you to submit your application.
