Overview

AMERICAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated RF Engineer to design and develop RF systems and subsystems in support of unmanned vehicles.

Responsibilities

Developing RF system specifications and performing system level RF architecture design
Testing RF design elements and troubleshooting RF circuit issues
Working with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet overall system requirements
Using network analysis tools to optimize RF networks
Performing RF path loss calculations, system predictions, and modeling
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting wireless networks
Creating and updating RF documentation, including technical specifications and schematics
Staying up-to-date with the latest RF technology trends and advancements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
5-7 years of related work experience
Proven work experience as an RF Engineer and unmanned vehicles.
Strong knowledge of RF systems, components, and testing procedures.
Experience with RF simulation software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other engineers and team members.

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $95,000.00/Yr. - USD $130,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. AMERICAN SYSTEMS provides for the welfare of its employees and their dependents through a comprehensive benefits program by offering healthcare benefits, paid leave, retirement plans, insurance programs, and education and training assistance.
