Make an impact as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist providing dedicated services to students in a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to use your expertise two days per week, focusing on helping children develop crucial communication skills for lifelong success.
Desired Background and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings is highly valued
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students in collaboration with educators and support staff
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consult regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Implement in-person and/or teletherapy services as needed to meet student needs
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment
