Senior Director, Accounting

Lead high-volume accounting operations. Oversee operations across Accounts Receivable, supporting tens of thousands of active terms accounts with high transactional throughput. Oversee Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant vendor payments. Oversee General Ledger activities including journal entry governance, reconciliations, and close processes. Oversee Tax Operations, including indirect tax compliance and audit readiness. Build and scale processes that support high-volume, high-complexity environments. Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all accounting functions. Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies. Serve as the business owner for Oracle Fusion ERP platform across AR, AP, GL, and tax modules. Partner with IT to drive system enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements. Identify opportunities to streamline processes using automation, AI, RPA, workflow tools, and analytics. Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve data quality. Manage and mentor leaders across AR, AP, GL, and tax operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of large operational teams. Strong background in AR, AP, GL, and tax operations within high-volume environments. Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise ERP systems preferred. Proven track record driving automation, process improvement, and operational transformation. Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance frameworks. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross‑functional partnership skills.
