BA with Oracle Cloud Commerce

Senior Business Analyst - Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation Location: Hybrid/Onsite (as applicable) Duration: Contract Overview Our Business Analysis team is expanding to support a critical Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This initiative will migrate CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Order Management capabilities from JD Edwards and a legacy order entry platform into Oracle Fusion Cloud. This is a highly visible project where you'll work directly with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to drive requirements, testing, process improvements, and user adoption. We're looking for someone who has previously supported an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and can contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up time. Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate workshops and process-mapping sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs Create and maintain functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and process documentation Identify cross-functional business impacts and process dependencies Develop and execute test plans, support integration testing, and lead UAT activities Document and track defects through resolution Partner with business and technology teams to drive successful implementation outcomes Support change management efforts, training documentation, and end-user adoption Required Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience Experience supporting ERP implementations or enhancements Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation skills Experience creating and executing test plans and leading UAT Process modeling experience using Visio or similar tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced implementation environments Preferred Qualifications Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience JD Edwards experience CPQ and/or Order Management domain experience Manufacturing, industrial, or commercial equipment industry experience Change management and training support experience Ideal Candidate Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously Strong facilitator who can bring clarity to ambiguous business problems Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive project progress #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
