As a Host/Hostess at C.J. Mugg's, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our lively sports bar environment. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist servers by managing guest flow and ensuring timely seating.
- Maintain a clean and organized host area.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house team setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
