Wood is recruiting for an Equipment Rebuild Specialist (ERS) to join its Operations Americas business. This opportunity is on-site in Deer Park, Texas. #LI-Onsite The Role As the Equipment Rebuild Specialist (ERS) you will be responsible for supporting plant reliability and cost efficiency by identifying, assessing, and executing the rebuilding of critical equipment and components within the storeroom environment. This role ensures that reusable parts and assemblies are restored to operational condition in compliance with site standards, OEM specifications, and RAGAGEP (Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices). The position serves as a key link between maintenance, reliability, and storeroom functions by optimizing spare parts availability, improving asset lifecycle performance, and reducing unnecessary costs.
