Technical RecruiterOur client, a 750mm dollar IT Staffing & Solutions company, is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter in the greater Orlando area. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and screening IT consultants with a wide range of technology backgrounds and skill sets. The compensation for this role will consist of a competitive base salary and commission plan. This is a hybrid role with 4 days per week required in our client's Winter Park office.Technical Recruiter Benefits & Compensation:Competitive salaryAggressive commission planOverride on team productionMedical, Dental, Vision, PTOTechnical Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications:Min. 2 years IT recruiting experience in an IT staffing agency environment.Highly earnings motivatedMust be willing to work in Winter Park office 5 days per weekTechnical Recruiter Preferred Background & Skills:Highly results-orientedExperience recruiting for contract/consulting (temp) roles.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
