We are looking for a friendly and reliable **Customer Service Virtual Assistant** to join our team.

## What You'll Do

* Reply to customer emails and chat messages.
* Answer customer questions in a professional way.
* Help customers solve basic issues.
* Keep customer information organized.
* Work with the team when needed.

## Requirements

* Must live in the United States.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Good communication skills.
* Customer service experience is a plus.
* Comfortable using a computer and the internet.
* Reliable internet connection.
* Responsible, organized, and dependable.

## Nice to Have

* Experience with email or live chat support.
* Experience using CRM or help desk software.
