Your schedule will be Monday-Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with overtime on a business need basis. What You Will Do Sets up and assemble parts. Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools. Accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions. Responsible for quality product standards with no defects. Ensure creation of parts meet customer deadlines and expectations. Stay in compliance with applicable elements of quality systems. Participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events as required. Participate in audits. Acquires applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required. Maintains materials, equipment, and work area in clean and orderly condition. Examines methods and results for conformance to standards and reinstruct as required. Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline. Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF). The salary range for this role is $42,099 to $68,869 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
