Practice Specifics

We are seeking a physician to cover a few weekends a year
63 hour shifts, starts Friday 4:30pm Monday 8:00am
Volume: Average 8-15 patients a weekend
Family Medicine physicians in Ada cover the Emergency Medicine department
Collegial team-oriented department
EPIC DAX ambient voice for clinical documentation
Essentia Health Ada is a Level IV Trauma Center, 14-bed Critical Access hospital
Physician led organization

Requirements

BC/BE Emergency Medicine or BC/BE Family Medicine with experience (or additional training in EM)
ACLS, ATLS/CALS, PALS Certification

Location

Ada is located in northwestern, Minnesota, in the heart of the Red River Valley- one of the most productive farming regions in the world.
Ada is 45 minutes from Fargo, ND and roughly 240 miles NW of Minneapolis, MN
