Practice Specifics
- We are seeking a physician to cover a few weekends a year
- 63 hour shifts, starts Friday 4:30pm Monday 8:00am
- Volume: Average 8-15 patients a weekend
- Family Medicine physicians in Ada cover the Emergency Medicine department
- Collegial team-oriented department
- EPIC DAX ambient voice for clinical documentation
- Essentia Health Ada is a Level IV Trauma Center, 14-bed Critical Access hospital
- Physician led organization
Requirements
- BC/BE Emergency Medicine or BC/BE Family Medicine with experience (or additional training in EM)
- ACLS, ATLS/CALS, PALS Certification
Location
- Ada is located in northwestern, Minnesota, in the heart of the Red River Valley- one of the most productive farming regions in the world.
- Ada is 45 minutes from Fargo, ND and roughly 240 miles NW of Minneapolis, MN
- Ada population: 1,740
Compensation
$143.75 an hour
