Personal/Office Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable Office / Personal Assistant to support both business and personal matters. This role includes administrative duties, errands, and driving responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable handling a mix of office and personal tasks. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and personal support Run errands (banking, shopping, documentcollection/delivery) Drive employer/family members to school, appointments, orevents Safely operate vehicles such as MPVs and SUVs To send all vehicles for regular maintenance and servicing. Handle basic office tasks Assist with ad hoc business and personal duties Requirements: Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence Confident driving MPV/SUV Familiar with Singapore roads and navigation apps Possess a record-free driving license and practice excellent and safe driving habits Safe driving patterns and adherence to road traffic rules Prefer candidates with prior experience supporting businessowners or families Must be punctual, responsive, and able to handle ad hoc or last-minute requests Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality Flexibility required for occasional after-hours or weekend duties #J-18808-Ljbffr
