Swyft Fiber is seeking a FTTH Outside Plant Fiber Splicer to join our Louisiana field operations. The role focuses on fusion splicing of single-mode fibers (144+ count) in aerial, underground, and buried OSP environments, with testing via OTDR and power meters. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on splicing experience, reads construction prints, and can work independently with on-call availability outside normal hours.
