Plant Manager

Plant Manager (Open) – Location: Cleburne, TX Responsibilities Supports the development of the site and guides the operation of industrial assets in safety, risk management, and the level of reliability required to guarantee customer satisfaction and the set level of profitability. Advance Operational Excellence in Primary Production plant(s) in terms of safety, reliability and efficiency. Foster alignment and conformity of the plant and its good operation within defined Safety rules. Secure and support the delivery of products per customer contracts and demand. Support the proper implementation of strategy & contribute to LI Performance (Empowered to manage entity costs of sales). Champion collaborative coordination with other teams (SIO, Maintenance, Industrial Direction, HSE).
