the traveler will be billed directly at monthly rates (approximately $500 for most options or $650 for select apartments) Responsibilities - Provide Physical Therapist Assistant services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist within a LTAC rehabilitation program - Assess patients, implement treatment plans, and document progress to improve movement and function - Employ evidence-based therapies and modalities appropriate for LTAC populations - Communicate patient status and goals with the rehabilitation team; ensure patient safety and caregiver education - Complete required documentation in the electronic health record; assist with patient transfers and basic equipment handling - Adapt interventions to a rural LTAC setting and travel between facilities as assigned Requirements

• Active Montana PTA license
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to perform all physical requirements to treat patients (lifting,

pushing, pulling, etc.)

• Experience using computer applications in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work in a LTAC/rehabilitative setting and travel between facilities

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Licensure: Active Montana PTA license
