We work closely with families to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a warm, professional environment.About the RoleWeatherly Inn is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support high-quality resident care in our assisted living community. This role is ideal for a nurse who values teamwork, strong clinical standards, and meaningful relationships with residents and families.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician ordersAdminister medications, treatments, and CBG checks with accurate documentationMonitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns promptlyCommunicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teamsComplete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentationFollow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulationsServe as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervisionMaintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication roomQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred1+ year of nursing or related experience preferredActive Washington State LPN License requiredRequired certifications (upon hire or within designated time frame):CPR (within 30 days)Fundamentals of CaregivingDementia & Mental Health Training (within 90 days)Skills & AbilitiesStrong nursing, documentation, organization, and multitasking skillsAbility to lift, assist, and support residents with mobility as neededComfortable working independently while collaborating with a care teamProfessional, reliable, and calm in emergency situationsWe maintain a strong policy of Equal Employment Opportunity for all associates.
