Store Manager

Role Description: The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Wilmington, NC. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store sales, store operations, and their individual teams. This role includes leading and coaching team members, setting schedules, and monitoring performance to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team. Drive sales growth through consultative selling and exceptional customer service. Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top sales talent. Coach employees on closing techniques, communication, and customer engagement. Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and conversion metrics. Ensure consistent CRM usage (Salesforce or similar) for lead management and follow-up. Oversee retail operations, scheduling, inventory, and store performance. Build a positive, accountable, performance-driven culture. Resolve customer concerns while delivering a premium customer experience. Lead by example through active participation in customer consultations and sales. Qualifications: Strong customer-facing skills, including customer service and customer satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering supportive, solutions-focused experiences. Effective communication skills to interact with customers, coach team members, and collaborate with leadership. Ability to work in a performance/ goal driven environment Solid organizational and time-management skills Prior 1:1 customer sales is preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or retail management is beneficial Medical, dental, vision, HSA, accidental, and disability insurance offered to full-time employees after 60 days 401(k) program offered to full-time employees after 90 days Paid Time Off for employees that begins accruing on the first payroll cycle Amazing retail hours: 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Saturday; closed every Sunday Paid Saturday lunches for specific store goals being met Discounts on products purchased in store Earn points for discounts on experiences or cash out points to receive various gift cards Compensation: Salary + Commission + Monthly Bonus Average annual compensation of salary, commission, and bonus: $55,000-$100,000. Base salary rates are paid every two weeks. Commission is a set structure of 5% Commission is paid monthly. Monthly bonuses are based on overall store sales performance.
