Assistant Program Director

Assistant Program Director, Bachelor of Science in Nursing Stanbridge University is seeking an experienced and collaborative Assistant Program Director for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program. Reporting to the Program Director, this role supports program operations, faculty performance, curriculum implementation, and student outcomes. The Assistant Program Director plays a key role in maintaining academic quality, regulatory compliance, and a strong student learning environment. This position contributes directly to faculty effectiveness and student success outcomes through data-informed decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and continuous program improvement.
