Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. The position requires collaboration with patients and healthcare teams to deliver effective therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' speech and language abilities through comprehensive assessments.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  
• Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills and swallowing functions.
  
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies.
  
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to professional standards during therapy sessions.
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold a valid state or federal licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  
• Possess at least a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Have the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
  
• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
  
• Ability to bring valid identification and wear a photo badge at all times.
