Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to lead and support complex, multi-stakeholder IT initiatives from project initiation through closure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clearly defined requirements, well-managed scope, effective stakeholder communication, disciplined project execution, and successful delivery of strategic and tactical technology initiatives. The role requires a strong combination of project management, business analysis, process improvement, risk management, and change management expertise.

Project Objectives

• Deliver project outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide expert-level project management across planning, scheduling, execution, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Apply business analysis expertise to define and document requirements, assess impacts, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Improve project transparency through accurate documentation, dashboards, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communication, and resource coordination.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and executive updates.
• Manage cross-functional teams consisting of IT professionals, vendors, subject-matter experts, and business partners.
• Facilitate work sessions to validate project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Maintain alignment with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and issues and recommend and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support procurement activities, including RFPs, SOWs, and vendor oversight, as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, security requirements, records-management standards, and project governance frameworks.

Business Analysis

• Lead structured requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process modeling, and data analysis.
• Document clear and testable business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and data flows.
• Identify and quantify KPIs and business value.
• Translate requirements into solution designs in collaboration with architecture, security, data, and infrastructure teams.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options.
• Develop and support diagrams, models, and integration patterns when required.

Change Management & Adoption

• Develop change management and communication plans.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover activities, readiness planning, and post-launch support.
• Support solution adoption through metrics, user feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience managing moderate- to high-complexity projects.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign .
• 5+ years of experience managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, execution, risk, resource, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse technical and business teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects or work efforts.
• Strong schedule management and resource planning skills.
• Business process identification, mapping, redesign, and re-engineering experience.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) .

Education & Certifications

Required:

• Bachelor s degree.
