Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tony Milam - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Dagsboro, DE, behind Royal Farms.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 -5, and open by appointment on evenings and Saturdays.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
I am a proud graduate of Clemson University.
