Behavior Technician

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Key Responsibilities Implementing evidence-based ABA therapy and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to promote positive behaviors and reduce maladaptive ones. Supporting clients with communication, socialization, academic, and daily living skills. Collaborating with BCBAs, teachers, instructional assistants, and families to monitor progress and reinforce strategies. Qualifications Active RBT certification through BACB. Experience in ABA techniques, behavior management, and data collection (preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional requirements involve engaging physically with children, maintaining patience, and participating in ongoing training to uphold certification standards.
