The ideal candidate is driven by commission, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and passionate about wellness. This role requires confidence in overcoming objections and closing membership sales. Responsibilities Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospects and leads Conduct studio tours and explain membership options Overcome objections and close sales effectively Deliver excellent customer service to all members and guests Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling and transactions Support grassroots marketing initiatives and studio promotions Requirements Previous experience in sales, membership sales, or customer service preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls Motivated by commission and performance-based goals Passion for health, wellness, and helping others Resilient, coachable, and a team player Hourly pay $14$16 plus bonus opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
