As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll help residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers

• Building meaningful relationships through compassionate, person-centered care

• Encouraging residents to participate in activities and social engagement

• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being

• Partnering with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care

• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Current New Jersey CNA certification (Required)

• At least 6 months of CNA experience preferred

• High School Diploma or GED

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care is a plus, but not required
