Scrum Master

Scrum Master Or Principal Scrum MasterNorthrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Scrum Master or Principal Scrum Master to join a program developing and fielding of ground-based Space Domain Awareness (SDA) radar systems. This role will support two distinct Integrated Product Teams (IPT's) focus on Computer and Radar System product deliveries. As a scrum master you will be closely with IPT leads to manage and oversee an Agile framework driving operational excellence in product deliveries. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundational knowledge of Agile principles and processes. Experience with the application of Agile principles within IPT structures with product deliveries containing Software and Hardware configuration items is a plus.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Jira boardsLead routine team standup meetingsPlan, coordinate, and execute planning eventsPrepare and track performance metricsProvide guidance and help educate the team in Agile processesThis position can be staffed at a Level 2 or Level 3 (Principal) based on the basic qualifications below.Level 2: 2 Years with Bachelors in ScienceLevel 3: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhDMust have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scopeExperience with Atlassian tool set (JIRA, Confluence)Experience with Scrum and KanbanFamiliar with Systems Engineering principlesAbility to travel up to 10%Preferred Qualifications:STEM degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer ScienceScaled Agile framework (SAFe)Previous experience transitioning a team or organization into an Agile framework execution mindsetUnderstanding of the basic building blocks of Radar SystemsFamiliar with Model Based Systems Engineering principlesExperience with the use of CameoPrimary Level Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
