Client Implementation Manager

Leading client implementations from kickoff through launch and stabilization, the full-time remote Client Implementation and Operations Manager will own the client experience, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure organized communication and accountability. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end client implementation experience, including project planning, execution, communication, and risk management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and managing expectations Drive cross-functional execution across various teams to ensure successful project launches and improve operational workflows Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, client success, or operations Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with external stakeholders Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar tools Experience in healthcare, benefits, digital health, eligibility, or claims preferred
