Sealcoat & Striping Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Sealcoat & Striping Technician to maintain and restore commercial parking lots for our restaurant and retail clients. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in transforming a worn-out property into a clean, professional space, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, we want you on our crew!

What You Will Do

Surface Prep & Repair: Clean parking lot surfaces, clear debris, and fill cracks and potholes with asphalt patching materials.
Sealcoating: Apply commercial-grade sealcoat to protect and restore asphalt surfaces at various restaurant and commercial properties.
Line Striping: Operate line-striping machinery to accurately paint parking spaces, fire lanes, ADA-compliant symbols, and directional arrows.
Equipment Maintenance: Safely operate, clean, and maintain all company trucks, sprayers, and striping equipment.
Ensure all job sites are set up safely with proper cones and barricades to direct traffic around wet sealant.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in sealcoating, asphalt repair, line striping, or heavy outdoor labor is highly preferred (but we are willing to train the right hardworking candidate).
Strong attention to detail—you must be able to paint straight lines and follow precise property blueprints!
Physical stamina: Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions (including summer heat).
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the shop or travel to local job sites.
Reliability and a strong team-player mindset.
