Give It.Own It: Be dependable and take responsibility for your work.Grow It: Receive coaching, learn new skills, and keep improving.Give It: Support your teammates and serve every guest with care.What You'll DoPrepare, cook, assemble, and stock food according to Chick-fil-A standardsBread chicken by hand and operate grills, pressure fryers, and other kitchen equipmentFollow recipes, portion sizes, cooking procedures, and quality standardsWork with focus and urgency to keep orders moving during busy periodsComplete temperature checks and follow all food-safety proceduresCommunicate clearly and respectfully with Team Members and leadersKeep workstations, equipment, floors, and storage areas clean and organizedSweep, mop, wash dishes, remove trash, and complete assigned cleaning responsibilitiesUnload deliveries and properly organize and store productsGreet and treat guests warmly whenever you interact with themSupport other Team Members and areas of the restaurant when neededWhat We Expect From YouKitchen work is fast-paced and physically demanding.
