Responsibility Profile :

• Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.

• Compile data reports and figures for review.

• Ensure communication is routed to the appropriate parties.

• Greet all visitors employees and other people with a polite and professional manner.

• Conduct research as necessary on various company topics.

• Attend meetings conferences and teams/zoom calls.

• Set up conference rooms for meetings and conferences.

• Help direct employees with concerns to the appropriate parties.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• One (1) year work experience.

• High School Diploma.
