Role Description The Assistant role at Keller Williams Realty, LLC is a part-time hybrid position based in Ellwood City, PA, with some flexibility to work from home. The Assistant will support daily office operations, including managing schedules, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, coordinating communications between agents, clients, and vendors, and preparing basic reports or presentations as needed. The role also involves updating listings and databases, assisting with marketing materials or social media posts, and helping to plan and execute office meetings or events. The Assistant will collaborate closely with leadership and agents to ensure efficient workflows and a professional, welcoming office environment. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette. Proficiency with office software and digital tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and online calendars). Customer service orientation and a collaborative approach to working with agents, staff, and clients. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing business needs in a hybrid work environment. Previous experience in an administrative, office, or real estate support role is beneficial but not required.
