Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager Location: Derwood, MD Full Time Compensation: Up to $31.00 per hour or more, including base hourly rate, commissions, and incentives, plus employee benefits and perks. As a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager for Your Wireless, you will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Retail Sales Associates. The ideal candidate has significant experience developing employees, a track record of hitting sales and profit goals, and understands operational tasks at a retail center. Responsibilities Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment. Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Sales Associates. Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs and volume goals each month. Coach team members daily to provide exceptional customer experience. Develop team members' skills for career advancement at Your Wireless. Ensure the assigned location operates under Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines. Execute all promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other duties assigned by leadership in a timely and accurate manner. Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others. Qualifications 2+ years in a similar retail management role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles. Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team. Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service. Willingness to travel to various locations as business needs dictate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
