We're less interested in productivity metrics and more interested in whether you're the kind of clinician we'd want treating someone we love. What the day-to-day actually looks like You build your caseload and schedule. You pick the modalities and populations you're drawn to. You have actual peers to consult with, case conferences that are useful, and an interdisciplinary team including child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists for collaborative care. Your compensation is built around your practice so you have the flexibility to create the balance you need, with no caseload minimums beyond what sustains your practice. The practical details Active, unrestricted Minnesota license (LCSW, LICSW, LPCC, LP, or LMFT). We are a mental health clinic and our team are W2 employees.
