Responsibilities:

• Prepare surgical patients for procedures, including IV starts and moderate sedation.
• Assist in preoperative and phase 2 recovery processes.
• Monitor patients with cardiac monitors, ultrasound, EKG machines, and other equipment.
• Follow hospital policies, including unit-specific guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure patient safety and optimal care during preoperative and postoperative phases.
